Willie Nelson is bringing us the cannabis-infused coffee we probably don’t deserve
Willie Nelson is bringing peace on earth via coffee and hemp – aka humanity’s recipe for staying barely sane.
Nelson – known for his prowess in the music and cannabis industry – is now offering a line of CBD-infused coffee beans called Willie’s Remedy Small Batch Columbian Whole Bean Coffee. According to his website, the coffee is “sourced from various smallholder farms in Colombia’s Santuario region, it’s a medium-dark blend with balanced acidity that packs a powerful aroma, with flavor notes of cherry and cocoa.”
There will be seven mg. of CBD – full-spectrum hemp oil grown right here in Colorado – per eight oz. cup of Joe. Each bag is $36 a pop.
The country music star began his company, Willie’s Remedy, in 2015 and is a vocal advocate of CBD use – a non-psychoactive cannabinoid found in cannabis plants that is believed to help alleviate issues from anxiety and depression to pain relief.
