The king of the ukulele is coming to town

by DGO Web Administrator

James Hill is the badass ukulele player you’ve been waiting for. He can play a solo cover of Michael Jackson’s “Billie Jean” that sounds like he has a full band behind him. Dude is a beautiful kind of nuts on the ukulele. Like, it almost hurts to look at his kind of talent. And, he’s funny.

Well, the genius, Canadian SOB is gonna be at the Community Concert Hall, 1000 Rim Drive, on Saturday, April 1. Show starts at 7:30 p.m. and ticket prices range from $21.60 to $29.

Tip: If Hill slays you with his uke so hard that you become obsessed with learning to play it yourself, he teaches an online course that is frikkin phenomenal.

Double tip: Start getting amped for the Rocky Mountain UkeFest in Durango, July 7 to 9. Info at http://rockymountainukefest.com
