Mortal enemies Chewbacca and a stormtrooper were caught on camera having an intergalactic battle involving snowballs and a snow blower, just north of our fair city Durango.
According to Albuquerque television station KRQE, Durango photographer Hank Blum filmed the epic scene which involved the two Star Wars characters slinging snowballs at each other and Chewbacca barraging the stormtrooper with piles of snow using a snow blower as the armored soldier tries to protect himself with a (very useless) shovel.
The video comes after the Durango area received 2 to 3 feet of snow in a matter of days, inspiring Blum to post that they were “dreaming of Spring Break on Tatooine.”
We’re right there with him, but at least now we have this legendary snowball fight to lift our spirits.
