Next To Normal, the Tony Award and 2010 Pulitzer Prize-winning rock musical, follows a mom with bipolar disorder and the effects it has on her family. The play tackles drug addiction, psychiatry, and suicide – with rock! Catch it at Durango Arts Center.

((((((VIBES))))))The club scene is miles away from Durango, but if you’re into that sort of thing, VibeSquaD’s show at Animas City Theater this weekend may be the closest you can get to it. The DJ, who hails from the Front Range, brings two other digital diddlers – Krunkle Tom and Astrologic – along to the Animas City stage.

Fiddly-dee Just when you thought it was impossible for there to be another folk fest in the area, the 23rd annual Four Corners Folk Festival appears. You can catch bands such as The Accidentals, Tallgrass, Nahko and Medicine for the People and many more over the three-day music event.
