‘Irregularities’ at Durango Arts Center

by DGO Web Administrator

One of the coolest things happening this weekend is the opening of “Irregularities” at the Durango Arts Center, 802 East Second Ave.

Finding the sweet spot between painting and sculpture, according to the DAC, Jen Pack uses her art to explore dualities that exist between loud and quiet, solid and transparent, handmade and precise.

And, aside from all that, Pack’s stuff is just really cool and worthy of checking it out.

An opening reception from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday will be followed by Pack’s lecture sponsored by STITCH from 7 to 8 p.m. The show will run through Feb. 20.

For more information, call the DAC at 259-2606.
