Love is a Drag Show: Photos from Fort Lewis College’s Valentine’s Day drag extravaganza

by Amanda Push

Is there a better way to celebrate the national day of love than throwing a killer drag show? No, there is not.

That’s precisely what Fort Lewis College did on Valentine’s Day, by the way, with their show, “Love is a Drag Show.”

The event – hosted by Diversity Programming, the Native American Center, the Gender & Sexuality Resource Center, the Residence Hall Association, and Student Union Productions – included drag performances, a confession booth, and a photo booth.

“I think every community needs a little drag in their life,” Nancy Stoffer, the Gender and Sexuality Resource Center director, told FLC’s The Independent.

Couldn’t agree more. Here are the photos from that show in all of their glorious glory. And, werk.
