Santa Fe’s Meow Wolf is producing a new docuseries highlighting the efforts of 10 New Mexico nonprofits.

“Meow Wolf is a storytelling company,” said Meow Wolf’s Jillian Spitzmiller told Albuquerque’s KRQE. “We’re just kind of helping people hear about the work that’s already being done.”

The first nonprofit that was covered in the Community Voices series is Moving Arts Espanola, a nonprofit that seeks to use art classes to promote health among children ages 3-18.

“We are a grassroots nonprofit that really invests in young people,” Roger Montoya, founder of Moving Arts Espanola, told KRQE.

The other episodes have not yet been released.

The documentary series is directed by filmmaker Jody McNicholas.
